"Hamlet", also known as "The Prince's Revenge", is a tragic work by Shakespeare from 1599 to 1602, which is his most prestigious and most cited script. It is customary to call this play together with "Macbeth", "King Lear" and "Othello", and is called "the four tragedies" of Shakespeare.

In the play, Uncle Claudy murdered the father of the King of Denmark, Hamlet, usurped the throne, and married the widow of the king, Gertus. Prince Hamlet avenged his uncle for the death of his father. The script meticulously portrays disguised, real madness-from grief to pretending to be angry-exploring the themes of betrayal, revenge, incest, depravity, etc.
